Margaret "Maggie" Hale
Maggie is twenty three, and a journalist for a new up and coming news source in Washington DC. She grew up in the beautiful and quiet town of Helstone.
The younger of two siblings, Maggie is a very opinionated person with what she believes to be high morals. She's a hard worker, fiercely independent, and proud.
In her free time she likes to take photos, sketch, and read.
Elizabeth "Beth" Higgins
Beth is eighteen, and one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. She's a sweet person, who’s unfortunately been put into a life of hard work and strife. Her mother died not long after giving birth to Mary, and a day doesn’t go by that Beth doesn’t miss her.
She’s worked part time at the factory since she was sixteen, and now that she’s a legal adult works as many hours as possible.
Nicole Higgins
Nicole is Beth's older sister, and twenty three. After her mother died, she tried to keep her father in line and taking care of her and her sisters, but he got worse and worse and eventually left, and never came back.
Nicole has put aside her own dreams time and time again to make sure her sisters Mary and Beth have what they need, and she’s been hurt a lot by the real world.
Jade Thornton
Jade is twenty eight, and CEO for Marlborough Cosmetics. She is a hard nosed,and seemingly at first, unkind and stiff. Upon further inspection, she is someone who’s had to work hard for everything, and is jaded by the world she lives in. She believes in honesty and transparency, and over time learns how to relax and develop personal ties with those around her, rather than just professional.
Francie Hale
Francie is twenty seven, and Maggie's older sister. She spent four years in the US army before an incident in Iraq made her go AWOL. She now lives abroad, as coming back would almost for sure lead to arrest and incarceration. She loves her sister dearly, and is engaged to a woman named Lola in Spain.
